Discover The Commonwealth Compassion Bridge Advantage
Kentucky is home to deeply passionate people doing good, working hard to improve the quality of life in their communities and across the commonwealth. Many of them serve in the non-profit sector of the state's economy.
Every one of our neighbors who are committed to making a positive and life-affirming difference in the lives of Kentuckians works in either faith-based and community-based organizations focused on serving the people of Kentucky
The Commonwealth Compassion Bridge (CCB) exists to support non-profits who are multiplying the good in our communities through:
CAPACITY BUILDING
CCB recognizes your value and effort and invests in your organization. Expanding your capacity toward sustainability and growth is our aim. We offer training and workshops to build professional and organizational capacity.
Executive coaching is key to long-term success which we provide through our online training partners.
NETWEAVING
Quality relationships are paramount. CCB helps our certified affiliates by providing a cohesive, diverse network of community leaders so that Kentucky can rise together. We seek out and connect like-minded leaders and organizations for collaborative impact. We strategically connect these groups to statewide causes like Foster Care, Adoption, Right to Life, and more.
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Your viability and sustainability are directly linked to how well your organization strategizes, plans, and executes its mission toward achieving its vision. CCB supports organizational development through Strategic planning, purpose and direction, as well as organizational development including filing for exempt 501 (c) (3) status and grant writing assistance.
